Meal plans can be customized to substitute any of your favorite meal options as often as you would like. The meals are shipped fresh via FedEx and arrive in special cooler containers.

The second option available at eDiets is a selection of online diet plans. These plans are based on a customized eDiets plan, the Glycemic Impact Diet, or the Mediterranean Diet. eDiets includes a free profile system to determine which diet plan will be right for you. If you sign up for one of their online diet plans, ediets will provide customized meal plans, recipes, fitness plans, and live phone support from registered dietitians. In addition, eDiets' online diet plans come with a weight loss guarantee. eDiets will give their members six months of online diet plans membership free if they do not reach their weight loss goal within 6 months.
